A standard gas fire installation
It’s easy to transform a living room with a brand new fireplace. This project example shows a typical installation for a gas fire and limestone surround.
The existing brick fireplace was old and temporarily blocked up. We removed the fireplace and disposed of it for the owner.
We then installed a Gazco Riva 500 into the space into a Newman Avalade limestone fireplace surround and hearth.
LED lights were installed into the mantelpiece to draw the eye to the new centrepiece of the living room.
The new fireplace has completely transformed the room with its clean lines and classic appearance. The Riva 500 gas fire puts out a lot of heat and is really efficient too.
